Power Step Orthotics- I order a new pair every 3-4 months since I am always on my feet. These are comfortable and the full foot orthotic is the way to go for that extra support and cushion.
Pull-Up Bar- great piece of equipment to have access to whenever I feel like banging out a few thousand one-handed pull-ups. Just kidding, but I do bang out some when I feel like a quick little work-out.
Trampoline Rebounder- I have one in my living room right now for when I feel like jumping a little (or as a tool to tire out my daughter). It is a great, quick, cardio machine that is fun and has amazing health benefits.
Full Foam Roller- talk about a great massage any hour of the day. Great to use before/after a workout to help the recovery process. Looking at my roller right now and tempted to get a roll in!
Rowing Machine- talk about an awesome work-out. Low impact, high endurance builder, and a personal trainer once told me that it works every muscle if you chew a piece of gum while you row.
