PE Assessments
Assessment in our profession is heavily observational based because of the nature. With that being said, it is essential that we know what we are looking for, and how to direct our students to get where we want them to be in order to help guide them towards growth and success. Below is a sequential scope and sequence/curriculum for grades K t that helps guide assessment through 4 realms.
This Physical Education Guide can be used to align the lessons to meet the goals of a successful Physical Education program. The 4 Areas (Personal Skills, Motor Skills, Fitness/Activity, and Strategy) will act as a resource to help with any additional planning you might need within any of my resources, especially my Yearly Plans.
The elements from each area can also be plugged into your lesson plans to show what goals you are setting for your students throughout various lessons.
