The Olympic Games

Every 4 years PE teachers around the world get the opportunity to introduce, engage, and take their students inside the Olympic Games!  It is a chance to discuss sportsmanship, hard work, determination, and human beings taking themselves to the limits of their bodies and minds!  What a great way for our profession to celebrate these games in our classes and in our schools.  What an awesome opportunity to cross our physical education curriculums into the world of geography, history, and math!  The Olympic Games have the power to bring us together and we as educators should embrace the opportunity we have to transfer such impactful messages that the games send.
